1. Discuss the tortious liability of public authorities in India.
2. Discuss sovereign immunity in the light of sovereign and non-sovereign dichotomy.
3. Discuss the liability of public authorities for their commercial and non-commercial functions.
4. Explain compensatory jurisprudence for the gross violation of fundamental rights in general and right to life in particular.
5. Discuss the accountability of public authorities under consumer law.
6. Explain the privileges of public authorities against disclosure in maintaining official secrecy maintaining official secrecy.
7. Discuss the salient features of Right to Information Act 2005.
8. Discuss the scope of judicial review of public authorities actions.
9. Define legitimate expectation. Discuss the scope of legitimate expectation from public authorities.
10. Write short notes on any TWO of the following:
(a) Promissory estoppel
(b) Liability of public authority to disclose information
(c) Criminal liability of public authorities
(d) Contractual liability of public authorities.
