8. If a sub assembly is to be manufactured with in the company, the details are as follows:
Demend = 24,000 Units/year;
Production rate = 48,000 units/year
Set up Cost = Rs. 200 per set up;
Carring Cost = Rs. 20/unit/year
(a) Find the Economic Batch Quantity
(b) Determine the Cycle time.
